Craft Cove

Beadweaving includes Victorian beading, peyote weave, right angle weave, herringbone weave, netting, square stitch, brick, many spiral types, and much more.

All beads are made of glass unless otherwise stated.

This vase is created using pink and mauve glass seed beads.  The right angle weave has been used to make it into a three dimensional shape.  A keyring has been attached.  The vase measures approximately 3 x 3 cm.

I've created this red high heel shoe using red beads and silver beads for the trimmings. 

It is created using right angle weave and is attached to a phone charm lariat. 

The shoe measures approximately 3 x 1 x 2 cm.

I've created this keyring using the right angle weave technique in the  shape of a giraffe. 

The giraffe measures approximately 2.5 x 1 x 3.5 cm, it is created using orange and brown seed beads, and is attached to a keyring.

He has black round faux pearl eyes, nose and tail, and his bow is also  made of pink faux pearls. 

I've attached a large lobster claw so he can be hung on bags or backpacks.

This basket is made in right angle weave using blue crystal beads.  I've filled it with colourful flowers made with faux pearls and some green leaves.

This keyring I've made by using right angle weave and grey silver-lined glass seed beads.

There are also some silver and black beads in the ears and feet.  The eyes are made with black faux pearls, and I've stuffed it with a little cotton to help hold the shape.
