All products are entirely handcrafted by me, Jenny Lawson, in Australia.  I work to very high standards, if there are any problems please let me know.  All feedback is appreciated.  See below for shipping info and refund policy.

Currently this site only contains jewellery, and beaded ornaments, other crafts will be coming soon.  So far there is chainmail jewellery, wirewrapped jewellery, beadweaving and 3D beaded ornaments.

If there is any item you would like made in a different colour or size, contact me with the relevant information, and I will create a piece as close to the original as possible, but based on you requirements.   

This site is updated regularly with new items, so be sure to visit often.  Or alternatively you can subscribe to this site and therefore be notified of updates as they occur.  See Update Page.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, just let me know what you want, along with colour and size.  I'll get back to you with any other details and information.  I'll need at least up to 2 weeks to get it finished.  You can use the above order form.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE ITEMS?

If you live in Australia you can find some of my items at Kats Hair Design at Hazelwood Village Shopping Centre Churchill Victoria.  and at Jenco Jewellery at 16 Church Street Morwell Victoria and now also at Simply Blooming Gorgeous Florist at 71 McBride Avenue Wonthaggi Victoria

If ordering over the internet you will need to contact me, by using the above form OR email me at craftcove@gmail.com.

Let me know the number and name of the item and if you would like to pay by direct deposit or bank cheque, or through Paypal. 

I'll also need your address.

I will then send you an invoice to your email. 

The items will be shipped when payment is cleared.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE ITEMS?

Flat items are placed in a zip lock bag, and then into a bubble wrap bag for posting.

3D items, a large quantity of items, and international orders are placed into a handcrafted gift box, then into a larger box for posting.The outer box is made out of recycled cardboard whenever possible.

DO YOU POST TO OVERSEAS ADDRESSES?

Yes. I’m happy to ship anywhere in the world .

WHAT ARE THE POSTAGE COSTS?

If posted in Australia, postage is:

Flat items:  $2.00

3d items, or large quantity:

International orders:

Postage to US or Canada will be AU$11

Postage everywhere else will be AU$12

All International orders will be packaged as 3d items for extra security.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

I offer a full refund on any item if returned within 14 days of receipt.
